Zeli Wiedermann has been with Mark Hertz Company since 2000. Rising through the ranks to become an Account Executive, Zeli is known for successfully representing clients with difficult violation issues. He has a comprehensive knowledge of building and environmental codes in New York City; as well as an excellent working relationship with numerous city officials and Judges. This has contributed to his outstanding success rate with violation dismissals and reductions. Zeli’s attention to clients needs, his tenacity, and his success rate in the courtroom continue to provide a lucrative benefit to clients.

Zeli has an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Rockland Community College.
